This reward as Commission on sale, a member gets as a DSA of the Merchant and for which an MOU is executed between the Merchant and the Member. The terms and conditions agreed between them mutually and the update of commission transferred as per MOU is displayed in this program as a Direct Referral Reward to Member on visiting the site and in the Member Login submitting ID and Password for the same issued on registration and mentioned in the Welcome Letter on their Mail ID.
This reward is given to Member of this program for developing and helping the DSA’s in their team for achieving the sale/s of merchant of this program. This reward are given to the Member of teams up to 6 levels under his Direct Referral. A Member earn this reward as commission by Merchant which is mentioned in the MOU executed between them mutually.
All the terms and percent of commission is decided between them mutually and is generated and given as and when payment for the sale of product is received by the Merchant. The Commission is displayed in the respective account of Members who get if are eligible as per this reward distribution.
This Reward is a chance to win for every Member of this program for 36 months from the date of registration and is subject to number of sales of the product/s promoted and draw is held in monthly meet of Members. The amount of Draw is calculated as mentioned below :

An active Member can win this reward every month. This reward is subject to Tax Deduction as per Income Tax Laws of the country. This Draw is held every month and all participating Members are who have given 1 Direct sale in the last 3 months of the draw to be held.
Every Member of this program is entitled to achieve Hi Flier rewards which are on the number of purchase by the direct referral of product/s promoted of Merchants in this program. This award are achieved monthly and rewards changes every month. The achievers cannot exchange in cash/kind but can transfer to any other person for which a written request to ASM is required.

The Vouchers are of Gold Jewelers of Kalyan or any renowned Jeweler. These can be transferred to any Third Party by the winner Member/s but cannot be exchanged against cash by ASM. These Draws will be held on or before 31st March 2027 and if not held due to non achievement of sales as required will be cancelled.
Every Member who is getting a Direct Referral in a month is eligible for FREE Entry in the Monthly Meet of this Program which will be held within India. The Date, Venue and Time will be informed in advance to every eligible Member through mail and message. The entry will be by Invitation card only. All expenses will be paid by ASM and members entry will be absolutely FREE and the Draws required both Cash and Gold Jewellery will be held in the meet. The Hi-fliers of the last month will be honoured by management of Merchant and this program.
These events are for discussion, knowledge and update of upcoming program, products and strategies for making more opportunities to increase earning and development of Members associated with ASM. The Members will be having chance to share, enquire or suggest the management of Merchant and ASM about any problem, need or any other requirement if wants to.
ASM have a team of dedicated Legal Professionals associated with them having vast experience in all types of legal problems and dispute resolution, who are practicing in District, High Courts and Supreme Court of India. A member has a facility to take consultation and advice from them without any FEES for self or any Client of the Merchant. The details of the legal team along with their Contact Numbers are mentioned on site and can be called providing your Unique ID no. and Name. Can visit their office on the given time as decided mutually. This Facility is FREE but any advice, consultation or solution by the Legal Professional is to be followed or not is a personal decision of the Member or referred by him for which ASM or Merchant is never to be enquired or paid. This service is voluntarily given by the Program and is of own choice or decision of the Member to take or not. Any Fees if decided and paid will be mutually between the Lawyer and the Member or person referred for their legal problem or issues for which ASM or Merchant/s will never be involved.
